Custom reports

Generating and Customizing Reports

To request a custom report, please follow these steps in the client portal:

  1. Log in to your Incident Portal
  2. Navigate to the Requests section as shown in the portal's interface.
  3. Click on the Request a Report icon.
  4. Fill out the form with the specific details of the report you need, including any service level metrics and logs from custom log sources.
  5. Submit the form to send your report request to our team.

NOTE: Custom reports are tailored to your requirements. You can specify the type of data, the format of the report, and the time frame you are interested in. Our team will process your request and deliver the report within the agreed timeframe.
